This place is my go-to in Northern Nevada for "American" Chinese Food. This place is consistent in both quality, quantity and service; I have tried many of their dishes and am never disappointed.
My favorites are the Potstickers, Mongolian Beef (ask for 4-stars for extra kick), Walnut Prawns and the Chicken in Orange Sauce (NOT orange chicken).
Seriously, just a super solid place! -

Solid place for decent American-Chinese cuisine. The Szechuan food here was far from authentic, but it was palatable. The service was nice and speedy. Nice ambiance.
Ordered the mapo tofu and the Szechuan-style eggplant. Both standard Szechuan dishes and neither were authentic. The eggplant was lacking pickled vegetables, which is a cornerstone of the dish, but instead looked like a hodgepodge of stir-fried veggies. The mapo tofu was quite delicious but lacked the Szechuan peppercorn flavors that make the dish special.
However, the Szechuan cuisine didn't taste bad. Just not was I was looking for. If you like Panda express or similar Chinese-American cuisine, this is the place for you. -

Great little strip mall Chinese food. Why would anybody go to panda Express with food like this available?
Pot stickers were huge, hot and delicious. Wish I had taken a picture. Served wrapped around the sauce.
The Honey Walnut prawns were lightly battered, piping hot and served with thin sliced oranges which made a great flavor addition if you ate one of those before popping a prawn in your mouth.
Mango chicken was light and delicious. Mango might have been a tiny bit riper, but was yummy as is and added a bit of texture.
Great meal at a reasonable price with excellent service. Thank you. -

Right Brain and I decided Chinese was in order for a quick bite. Pass this restaurant all the time but never stopped. Happy we did!
Since the rain was falling soup was in order. I had their Wor ( in Chinese it means 'Everything") Won Ton soup. Must say for a Chinese food snob I loved this soup. Chock full of fresh won tons, shrimp, veggies and a few pork pieces. The broth I will write home about. Most yummy!
Right Brain had the sweet and sour chicken. Didn't complain and was very quiet as he meticulously ate. Didn't ask because I knew he was enjoying his meal.

We ordered chicken chow mein, kung pao chicken and sesame chicken. The kung pao chicken had a good flavor and was very spicy. Very good! The sesame chicken was good, until I got 2 or 3 pieces in a row that had bone in them. Not very appetizing. The chow mein was very bland with almost no flavor. Very disappointing. We will continue our search for a good chinese restaurant around here, because this one just didn't cut it.
